Mike Ribar is the Director of Sports Medicine for Wisconsin Lutheran College and is contracted from Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Medicine Center. Ribar has been managing sports medicine services since 2001, when he transferred from Wisconsin Lutheran High School.
Since 1997, Ribar has been employed at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Medicine Center, where he has held many positions and contracted to numerous high school, college, and professional sports teams.
Ribar graduated from Benedictine University in 2012 with a MBA and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1997 with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology. Prior to graduating from UWM, he spent one year (1992-1993) at Valparaiso University where he played soccer for the Crusaders.
A 1992 graduate of Wauwatosa West High School, Ribar lettered in baseball, basketball, soccer, and track & field for the Trojans. He was a three-time (1990-1992) All-North Shore Conference performer in track & field and a two-time (1991-1992) all-conference selection in both baseball and soccer. Ribar also qualified for the WIAA State Track & Field Championships in the 300 intermediate hurdles in 1992.
Ribar currently resides in Richfield with his wife Rebecca and three sons, Brady, Austin, and Reece.
