The Wisconsin Lutheran College sports information department provides public and media relations services for the college's 18 intercollegiate varsity sports. The guidelines below have been created to ensure a professional working environment for members of the media.

Home Post-Event Reporting Procedures
The Sports Information office will make every effort to address your post-game needs. We make available full box scores for most sports within 30 minutes of the game's conclusion. We will e-mail you a packed game file, HTML box score and game story (if requested) as soon as possible following the game (if applicable). We e-mail box scores and game stories to your media list, provided we receive the list at least 24 hours prior to the contest. Opposing coaches and/or SIDs have access to a phone, computer and photocopier, if needed, to report to their media outlets. We will make every effort to accommodate visiting broadcasters as long as notice is given to the sports information office at least 24 hours in advance.
Post-Event Protocol
Please e-mail Adam Heinzen with a packed game file, HTML box score and game story (if applicable) in either a Word document or in the text of the e-mail. If you unable to fulfill this request, please let Adam know in advance so that arrangements may be made to get the information.
Internet and Telephone Access
Wireless internet access and phone lines are available at the Recreation Complex (basketball and volleyball) and Raabe Stadium (football and track & field). Internet access and phone lines are currently unavailable at Neumann Family Field (baseball) and Warrior Field (softball).

Working media who wish to interview Wisconsin Lutheran College student-athletes, coaches, or administrators should contact Adam Heinzen (414-443-8746 or sports.info@wlc.edu) to make arrangements. Game credentials and practice schedules may also be obtained by contacting the sports information office.

Any use of WLC’s names, logos, marks, and/or images without the express written consent of WLC Athletics and the Office of Marketing and Communication is strictly prohibited.
