Last Chance Meets Culminate Warriors' Indoor Season

STEVENS POINT, Wis. - The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's track & field team wrapped up its 2015 indoor season by competing in two last chance meets Friday and Saturday. Select members of the team competed Friday at the Carthage Gill Athletics Final Qualifier, and Saturday at the Pointers NCAA Qualifier. Team scores were not recorded for either event.

At Saturday's Pointer Qualifier, Jordan Donart (De Pere, Wis./Fox Valley Lutheran) set a new personal-best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:03.24.

Isaac Hill (Racine, Wis./Shoreland Lutheran) competed in the 5,000 meters and finished in 9:15.88.

Andrew Stumpner (Crystal Lake, Ill./South) participated in the shot put and had a throw of 12.74 meters.

Highlighting Friday's results in Kenosha, Sam Wallace (Appleton, Wis./Fox Valley Lutheran) posted a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:46.73.

Kyle McBee (Monroe, Mich./Lutheran South) ran the 800 meters in 2:16.04.

The weekend events cap off the indoor season of competition for WLC. Wisconsin Lutheran begins its outdoor season schedule March 27-28 when it competes at the two-day Washington (Mo.) Invitational in St. Louis.
