Andy Paroubek is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College women's soccer team.

Paroubek joined the Warriors' coaching staff after spending five seasons as an assistant women's soccer coach at Lawrence University. He has also served as head varsity boys soccer coach at Waukesha North High School and the Appleton Soccer Club where his U-14 and U-19 boys teams were state finalists in 2015 and 2016, respectively. He is currently the director of coaching for Pewaukee Sussex United.

Paroubek played soccer for four years (2000-2003) at Carroll University, where graduated from in 2004 with a degree in business management.

He graduated from Wrightstown High School in 2000 where he lettered in soccer, basketball, and golf. Paroubek was named First Team All-State and Conference Player of the Year during his senior season of 1999. He resides in Wauwatosa.
