Wisconsin Lutheran College's Zeke Micheel (Salt Lake City, Utah) won the 3000m Steeplechase in a school and conference record time at the 2024 NACC Outdoor Championships on Friday and Saturday at Raabe Stadium. Micheel cruised to his third straight 3000m Steeplechase conference title, recording an all-time NACC best clocking of 8:59.00. He eclipsed the NACC all-time mark of 9:06.64, the NACC championship record of 9:24.03, and his previous school-record time of 9:18.38. Micheel also finished runner-up in the 5000m with a time of 15:02.99.
