Wisconsin Lutheran College's Leah Schmidt (Bonduel, Wis.) broke a pair of 15-year-old field event school records at the 2024 NACC Outdoor Championships on Friday and Saturday at Raabe Stadium. Schmidt finished fourth in the Discus with a mark of 37.53m, surpassing Alex Blahnik's previous school record of 34.94m from April 25, 2009. Schmidt was also fifth in the Hammer with a mark of 41.77m, edging Emily Goss' prior school record of 40.56m from April 18, 2009.
