Wisconsin Lutheran College’s Liam Heiges (Appleton, Wis.) rushed for 176 yards on a season-high 33 carries and two touchdowns in the Warriors' 27-17 Lutheran Bowl win over Concordia Wisconsin on Saturday, November 16. The freshman running back bookended the scoring for WLC with a 27-yard touchdown run in the first quarter and a one-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. He finished the season with 839 rushing yards, the most by a freshman running back in program history.
