Wisconsin Lutheran College’s Isaiah Herried (Necedah, Wis.) broke the school record in the 5000m on Friday at the UW-Platteville Invitational. The senior, who finished second in his heat and 66th overall out of 274 runners, recorded a school- and personal-record time of 14:45.89. He bested Zeke Micheel's previous school record of 14:46.90 from the same event a season ago. The mark is also good for the top time on the NACC Outdoor Performance List this season.
