Wisconsin Lutheran College's Anna Raasch (Germantown, Wis.) ran the second-fastest 400m in school history and the 10th-best in NCAA Division III this season on Saturday at the Rhodes Invitational. The junior finished 3rd in the event with a time of 58.58 seconds.
