OSHKOSH, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Senior Michael Sheffler (Appleton, Wis.) broke his own school record in the Weight Throw, as the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's indoor track & field team finished 10th at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge on Saturday inside the Kolf Sports Center.

- Sheffler was 12th overall in the Weight Throw with a school-record toss of 14.90m. His mark broke his own school record by .13m and ranks third in the NACC this season.
- Sophomore Zeke Micheel (Salt Lake City, Utah) posted the NACC's top time in the Mile this season after he ran it in 4:22.88. He finished second out of 65 runners in the event and was just .48 seconds from a new school record.
- WLC's 4x400m Relay team of sophomore August Davis (Springfield, Ill.), freshman Luke Donart (De Pere, Wis.), freshman Isaiah Herried (Necedah, Wis.), and sophomore Hans Rupnow (Mankato, Minn.) finished seventh with a time of 3:38.71.
- Herried finished 14th of 47 in the 800m with a time of 2:01.22, good for the eighth-best time in the conference this year.
- Sophomore Peyton Hartman (Montgomery, Ill.) was 13th of 52 in the 3,000m after finishing in 9:01.46, good for fourth in the NACC.
- Senior Sam Rodmyre (Federal Way, Wash.) recorded the NACC's sixth-best 60m Hurdles time of 8.94 in the prelims of the event.
- Sophomore Jordan Wiesen (Fort Atkinson, Wis.) leaped to a mark of 6.10m in the Long Jump.

Considering we pulled back on a lot of events this weekend, it shows we're ready for conference when we put up 33 PR's, 18 WLC Top 10 marks, and three school records! Michael Sheffler and Kendra Schumacher have been great examples of how hard work pays off and allows you to shatter records week after week.
