WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Sophomore Zeke Micheel (Salt Lake City, Utah) won the 3,000m Steeplechase for the second straight week and senior Sam Rodmyre (Federal Way, Wash.) scored in three events as the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's outdoor track & field team finished seventh at the Warrior Invitational on Thursday at Raabe Stadium. WLC scored 38 points in the largest meet ever hosted by the Warriors.

- Micheel won the 3,000m Steeplechase for the second straight week crossing the finish line in 10:01.81.
- Rodmyre was runner-up in the 110m Hurdles with a time of 16.08 seconds. He also placed fourth in the Long Jump (6.24m) and Javelin (44.44m).
- WLC's 4x400m Relay team of sophomore Hans Rupnow (Mankato, Minn.), freshman Ben Thoma (Sturgeon Bay, Wis.), freshman Luke Donart (De Pere, Wis.), and Micheel came in fifth with a time of 3:39.54.
- Sophomore Jordan Wiesen (Fort Atkinson, Wis.) was sixth in the crowded field of the 100m with a time of 11.13 seconds.
- Donart placed eighth among 48 runners in the 1,500m with a time of 4:11.17.
- "I first have to say thank you to all of the workers and volunteers that helped put this meet on. It was the largest meet that WLC has ever put on with 24 teams and almost 1,000 athletes. It can be easy to be intimidated in a meet this large, but our team responded very well! - The Warriors will be home again next Saturday, April 23 for the third time this outdoor season when they host the Green & White Invite at Raabe Stadium. Field events begin at 10 a.m.
