CHICAGO, Ill. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College competed on Friday at the Aurora Grand Prix at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track and Field Center. The Warriors did not post a team score.
WLC was led by sophomore
Isaiah Herried's (Necedah, Wis.) season-best time of 1:59.45 in the 800m. He finished 16th out of 59 competitors in the event.
Freshman
Nate Griffeth (Brighton, Colo.) posted a time of 7.81 seconds in the 60m, and senior
Ryan Klibowitz (Butler, Wis.) ran a time of 24.90 seconds in the 200m.
Wisconsin Lutheran's 4x400m Relay team of Klibowitz and freshmen
Andy Liu (Bay City, Mich.),
Isaiah Krenek, and
Michael Miller (Waukesha, Wis.) ran a season-best time of 3:40.13.
Loras won five events and scored 103 points to win the 17-team scoring title.Â
The Warriors compete next Friday at the Snowdown Showdown hosted by Grand Valley State. Events begin at 2 p.m. CT from the Kelly Sports Center in Allendale, Michigan.
