DE PERE, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College won three events en route to a fifth-place finish at the 2023 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Outdoor Championships on Friday and Saturday hosted by St. Norbert at Schneider Stadium.
The Warriors scored 57 points for fifth place in the final team standings. MSOEÂ won its fourth NACC title with a 248.5 points behind seven event victories.
Junior
Zeke Micheel (Salt Lake City, Utah) was one of two NACC athletes to win multiple event titles. He won the 3,000m Steeplechase on Friday in 9:31.52, then returned Saturday to get the win in the 1,500m. His winning time of 3:58.92 bettered his own championship record of 3:59.14 set just last year.Â
Freshman
Caleb Andrews (Waunakee, Wis.) claimed a third individual title, clearing a school-record height of 1.98 meters to win the High Jump.
Junior
Peyton Hartman (Montgomery, Ill.) was runner-up in the 5,000m with a personal-best time of 15:20.01, and third in the 10,000m with a personal-best time of 31:58.42.Â

August Davis (Springfield, Ill.) made his debut in the Decathlon and finished fourth with 4,475 points. Davis won the 1,500m and set personal-best marks in the Javelin, Discus, 110m Hurdles, 400m, Shot Put, and 100m.
Junior
Jaden Schultz (Havana, Ill.) placed seventh in the 3,000m Steeplechase with a time of 10:29.36.
Sophomore
Isaiah Herried (Necedah, Wis.) came in seventh in the 800m with a time of 2:07.89. His preliminary time of 1:57.69 was good for a personal best. He also finished eighth in the 1,500m with a time of 4:16.59.

Wisconsin Lutheran has one "last chance" meet on the schedule next week, the UW-La Crosse Eagle Open on Friday, May 12.Â
