WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College collected its first win of the season on Friday, knocking off Elmhurst 5-2 in non-conference action at Hart Park.

Joelle Smith (Milwaukee, Wis.) and
Amelia Kelley (Appleton, Wis.) collected their second doubles win in as many days with a 6-2 victory over Reese Coon and Olivia Grabowski at No. 2. Freshman
Tai Mitchell (Elm Grove, Wis.) and junior
Desirae Pugh (Ixonia, Wis.) blanked Mia Merrell and Annelise Alvarenga 6-0 at No. 3.
In singles competition, Schmidt scored a 6-4, 6-3 win over Stone at No. 1, Smith secured a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Coon at No. 3, Kelley registered a 6-3, 6-3 triumph at No. 4, and Pugh picked up a 6-3, 6-1 win over Alvarenga at No. 6.Â
