ST. LOUIS, Mo. (WLCSports.com) – Juniors
Arnold Rupnow (Watertown, Wis.) and
Silas Ebeling (Wauwatosa, Wis.) posted personal-best 5,000m marks on Friday at the WashU Distance Carnival at Francis Olympic Field.
In a 5,000m field made up of 10 sections featuring a total of 266 runners, Rupnow was 135th with a time of 15:16.38 and Ebeling was 140th with a time of 15:17.86. Their times rank first and second on the NACC Outdoor Performance List this season. Junior
Noah Micheel (Mequon, Wis.) started the race, but did not finish.
The Warriors compete tomorrow at the Carroll Alumni & Open at Dennis Punches Track and Field Complex in Waukesha. Events are scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
