Carlito Johnson is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College men’s and women’s track & field programs, serving as the Warriors’ hurdles coach.

Johnson joined the WLC staff in 2024 after a four-year career with the Warriors. A Milwaukee native, he competed for Wisconsin Lutheran from 2021-2024 in both cross country and track & field, participating in multis, mid-distance, and distance events under former head coach Steve Travis.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Wisconsin Lutheran in 2024 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Carroll University, with an expected completion date of May 2026.
