Jeremiah Hoffmann

Jeremiah Hoffmann, a seasoned sports industry professional with more than 20 years of experience in athletics administration, coaching, and business development, is in his second year as Director of Athletics at Wisconsin Lutheran College.

"I am grateful for the opportunity to lead Warriors Athletics," said Hoffmann. "I have the unique opportunity to take the reins of a department that is in a position of strength. We have great coaches, staff, and student-athletes already in place. While it's difficult to follow in the footsteps of Skip Noon, I am excited for the challenge and the opportunities WLC has on the horizon!"

Hoffmann joined WLC Athletics with a strong track record in athletics leadership, having previously served for six years as Athletic Director for the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh's Fond du Lac and Fox Cities campuses. He successfully managed the multi-campus athletic programs and developed sponsorships, while also coaching men's basketball and men's golf.

In addition to his extensive administrative experience, Hoffmann served WLC for two years as director of its Sport and Recreation Management graduate program, where he created a 4+1 program, recruited students and adjunct faculty, and formed dual-credit partnerships. Hoffmann's professional career includes serving as director of business development at Community First Champion Center, director of golf at Mascoutin Golf Course, and head golf professional at Rolling Meadows Golf Course. Hoffmann has also served as head women's golf coach at UW–Oshkosh, and varsity basketball and golf coach at Winnebago Lutheran Academy and St. Mary's Springs Academy.

"Jeremiah's leadership, experience, and passion for collegiate athletics make him the ideal candidate to guide Warriors Athletics forward," said WLC President Dr. Daniel W. Johnson. "We are thrilled to welcome him into this position."

Hoffmann holds a master's degree in sports administration from Ohio University and a bachelor's degree from UW–Oshkosh. A certified PGA Professional, he is a member of both the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association and Wisconsin Golf Coaches Association.

Hoffmann lives in Fond du Lac with his wife, Audra, and children, Hailey, Tyler, and Samantha.
