Lexi Martin is in her first season as an assistant coach after one of the most decorated playing careers in Wisconsin Lutheran College softball history.

A former standout infielder for the Warriors from 2021-2024, Martin earned national recognition as an NFCA First Team All-American in 2023 and a Third Team All-American in 2024. She was a two-time Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Position Player of the Year and a four-time First Team All-NACC selection. Martin also collected multiple All-Region honors and was named a CSC Third Team Academic All-American in 2024.

Statistically, Martin was among the most productive hitters in NCAA Division III during her career, finishing with a .503 career batting average. During the 2023 season, she led all of Division III in on-base percentage (.630). Her excellence extended beyond the field, as she was a three-time Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete and a four-time NACC Scholar-Athlete, while also earning Roger Fleming Senior Scholar-Athlete honors in 2023–2024.

A native of Westfield, Indiana, Martin earned a bachelor of science degree in Sport and Exercise Science from WLC in 2024. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Respiratory Care at Rush University, with graduation expected in May 2026.
