Mike Endsley

Mike Endsley is in his sixth season as head men's volleyball coach at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Endsley is the first head coach of the Warriors' 19th NCAA Division III and Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference-sponsored sport.

The Warriors won eight matches a season ago, which doubled the program's single-season win mark and matched the program's total number of wins over its initial four years of existence. WLC also went a program-best 4-8 in league play and was fighting for a NACC Tournament berth until the final weekend of the season.

Freshman Brady Pichler was named NACC Freshman of the Year, becoming the first Wisconsin Lutheran student-athlete to capture a NACC major award in men's volleyball. Junior Drew Wempner was also named NACC Honorable Mention.

Endsley joined the Warriors' athletics staff after serving for five seasons as head coach of the boys' 13U, 15U, 16U, and 18U teams at Milwaukee Volleyball Club, where he was responsible for recruitment and in-game coaching. For three years, Endsley also assisted the boys' varsity volleyball program at Pius XI High School. The Popes were regional champions in 2018 and Woodland Conference runners-up in 2017 and 2018.

Endsley earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2003 and a doctor of philosophy in pharmacology and toxicology from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2010. He has worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Northwestern University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and the Medical College of Wisconsin since 2010.

He and his wife, Allison, live in West Allis with their son, Finn.
