MILWAUKEE - The Wisconsin Lutheran College volleyball team was swept 3-0 by Concordia University Wisconsin and the University of Chicago in a triangular hosted by the Warriors on Saturday at the Recreation Complex.

The Warriors faced off against Concordia (Wis.) in a Northern Athletics Conference contest in their first of two matches on the day. Wisconsin Lutheran lost to the Falcons in a tough three games by scores of 30-24, 30-19 and 30-27.

WLC, which had three different players tally a team-high eight kills, was plagued by 25 total attack errors in the match.

Ashley Madsen (Watertown, Wis./Luther Preparatory) led the way with 17 assists for the Warriors, while Jaclyn Sack (Granger, Ind./Michigan Lutheran) recorded 18 digs defensively.

Wisconsin Lutheran struggled to get anything going in its second match of the afternoon as the Warriors fell to the University of Chicago in a non-conference match 30-16, 30-26 and 30-16.

WLC once again had trouble on the offensive attack and had no player reach double-digits in any statistical category.

Wisconsin Lutheran (5-14, 4-4 NAC) looks to get back on the winning track on Wednesday when it hosts Edgewood College in a NAC clash beginning at 7 p.m.
