DePERE, Wis. - The Wisconsin Lutheran College
volleyball team fell to St. Norbert College 3-1 in a non-conference
match on Saturday afternoon Schuldes Sports Center.
Wisconsin Lutheran dropped the first two games to the Green
Knights 30-22 and 30-19. WLC won game three 30-28 and fell in game
four 30-24. Nicole Feldschneider (Jefferson, Wis./Jefferson) led
three players in double-digit kills with 12. Rachel Hermanson
(Antioch, Ill./Shoreland Lutheran) and Kaitlyn Wiese (Rosendale,
Wis./Laconia) each contributed with 10 kills. Feldschneider also
tallied 10 digs.
Ashley Madsen (Watertown, Wis./Luther Preparatory), Jamie Matz
(Hortonville, Wis./Fox Valley Lutheran) and Jaclyn Sack (Granger,
Ind./Michigan Lutheran) dished out 20, 14 and 13 assists,
respectively. Sack also added 10 digs defensively for a
double-double. .
Wisconsin Lutheran (3-10, 2-1 NAC) returns to Northern Athletics
Conference action on Tuesday when it travels to River Forest, Ill.,
for a match against the Concordia University Chicago Cougars at 7
p.m.
