HOWARDS GROVE, Wis. - The Wisconsin Lutheran
College women's tennis team opened up Northern Athletics Conference
play with a double dual on Saturday, falling to Concordia (Wis.)
and rebounding with a win at Lakeland.
The Warriors began the day by falling to the defending champion
CUW Falcons 9-0 in Mequon in their first match of the day.
Wisconsin Lutheran then traveled north to Howards Grove and took
all nine flights from Lakeland College.
Wisconsin Lutheran (1-2) will be back on the court on Thursday
when the Warriors travel to Kenosha for a non-conference match
against Carthage beginning at 3 p.m.
