BELOIT, Wis. - The Wisconsin Lutheran College
women's tennis team was shut out by the Beloit College Buccaneers
9-0 in a non-conference match on Monday afternoon at the Strong
Complex Tennis Courts.
Beloit swept through all six singles match and all three matches
of doubles play. Senior Alycia Spriggs (Slinger, Wis./Luther
Preparatory) was the lone Warrior to salvage a set win on the day,
falling at No. 4 singles 6-7 (6-8), 6-1, 10-6.
Wisconsin Lutheran (0-2) continues non-conference play on
Wednesday when it travels to Waukesha for a match with the Carroll
University Pioneers at 4 p.m.
