Warriors downed 8-1 by Concordia Wisconsin

NEW BERLIN, Wis. - The Wisconsin Lutheran College women's tennis team was defeated by Northern Athletics Conference preseason favorite and defending champion Concordia University Wisconsin 8-1 on Saturday morning at the Princeton Club.

Svetlana Bornschlegl (Rochester, Minn./St. Croix Lutheran) was responsible for Wisconsin Lutheran's lone victory in the match, defeating Lisa Peters 6-1, 1-6, 10-5 at No. 6 singles.

Wisconsin Lutheran (2-4, 2-1 NAC) hosts Lakeland College at 2 p.m. at the Princeton Club to conclude Parents' Day.
