NEW BERLIN, Wis. - Edgewood College, the
reigning Northern Athletics Conference champion, defeated the
Wisconsin Lutheran College Warriors 9-0 on Saturday afternoon in a
NAC women's tennis dual at the Princeton Club.
Edgewood (3-2, 3-1 NAC) won all six matches of singles play and
all three matches in doubles action over the Warriors, who
collected a win over Rockford College via forfeit in their
scheduled 9 a.m. contest.
Wisconsin Lutheran (1-6, 1-3 NAC) continues NAC competition on
Tuesday by traveling downtown for a 6 p.m. dual match against the
MSOE Raiders at McKinley Courts.
