Men's Soccer endures another heartbreaking loss

MILWAUKEE - MSOE's Brandon Crozier netted the game-winning goal in the 87th minute to lift the Raiders past Wisconsin Lutheran College on Saturday afternoon in a Northern Athletics Conference men's soccer match at Warrior Field.

Crozier's goal, which was assisted by Mike Vanek and Dan Hosko, sent the Warriors home for the fourth straight game with a tough one-goal defeat.

Wisconsin Lutheran and MSOE battled through 86 minutes of a scoreless game before the game winner was tallied. After being held to just one first-half shot attempt, Wisconsin Lutheran countered with six in the second period.

Senior goalkeeper Matt Eisold (Burlington, Wis./Burlington) turned in yet another strong performance in the net for the Warriors, saving 13 shots of a total 24 faced. Junior forward Cameron Teske (Crete, Ill./Illinois Lutheran) tallied a team-high three of WLC's seven total shots.

Dan Kolokoski recorded a game-high six shots for the Raiders (5-3, 2-0 NAC), who got four saves from goalkeeper Alex Mejac.

Wisconsin Lutheran (2-4-1, 0-2 NAC) travels to Lake Forest College on Tuesday for a non-conference matchup with the Foresters beginning at 4:30 p.m.
