BELOIT, Wis. - The Wisconsin Lutheran College
women's tennis team was defeated by the Beloit College Buccaneers
9-0 on Monday afternoon in a non-conference dual match at the
Strong Complex Courts.
Beloit (2-1), won all six flights of singles competition and
pursued to win the three doubles matches en route to topping the
Warriors.
Wisconsin Lutheran (0-5, 0-2 NAC) returns to Northern Athletics
Conference competition on Wednesday when it travels to Sheboygan,
Wis., for a dual contest against the Lakeland College Muskies at 4
p.m. WLC plays its first two home matches of the season on Saturday
when it hosts Rockford and Edgewood at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.,
respectively, at the Princeton Club in New Berlin.
