points, but that was as close as the visitors would get the rest of
the half. WLC led by double-digits for the final 10:14 of the half,
including a half-high 16 points with 7:19 left to play before the
break. The Warriors carried a 36-23 lead into halftime.

(14-for-29) from the floor and 77.8 percent (7-for-9) from the free

rebounds. The Sabres were held to just 23.5 percent (8-for-34)
shooting in the half, including 2-for-19 from three-point
range.
Marian would get no closer than 12 points in the second half as
the Warriors led by a game-high 25 points at the 5:03 mark. WLC
held a lead of at least 18 points for the final 9:46 of the
contest. A big factor for the Warriors' second-half success was
their 46.9 percent shooting, compared to just 34.8 percent for the
Sabres.
Katelyn Kuehl (Fond du Lac, Wis./Winnebago Lutheran) finished
with 11 points and Johnson recorded her fifth double-double of the
season with 10 points and a game-high 13 rebounds. She also posted
four blocks.
WLC again won the rebounding battle, 46-32, and held a 16-0
advantage in fast break points. The Warriors shot a stellar 47.5
percent (29-for-61) for the game, while holding Marian to 28.1
percent (16-for-57) and 2-for-26 from beyond the arc.
For the Sabres (11-8, 7-6 NAC), Alexis Becker was the only
player to reach double figures as she scored 15 points.
