HOLLAND, Mich. - The Wisconsin Lutheran College
volleyball team concluded its weekend at the Midwest Invitational
Saturday by falling to ninth-ranked Elmhurst and 17th-ranked
Wis.-Whitewater at the DeVos Fieldhouse.
The Warriors dropped their first match of the afternoon against
ninth-ranked Elmhurst (20-7) in three sets by scores 25-14, 25-20,
25-17. WLC played its final match of the weekend against
17th-ranked Wis.-Whitewater and fell to the Warhawks (19-9) by
scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-22.
Wisconsin Lutheran (12-15, 5-4 NAC) returns to Northern
Athletics Conference action Tuesday when it hosts Concordia Chicago
(4-15, 2-7 NAC). First serve between the Warriors and Cougars is
scheduled for 7 p.m.
