Box Score VERONA, Wis. - Reed Luengen (Slinger, Wis./Slinger) scored to tie the game at 1-1 in the 81st minute, but it wasn't enough as Edgewood defeated the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's soccer team 2-1 in overtime in a rescheduled game Thursday afternoon at Reddan Soccer Park.

- With the loss, the Warriors' record now stands at 8-8-1 overall and 2-5-1 in the NACC. The Eagles moved to 8-7-1 overall and 4-4-0 in conference play.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Edgewood forward Luke Miller scored the first goal of the game in the 56th minute on a strike from the top of the box to put the host Eagles ahead 1-0.
- Luengen then tied the game at 1-1 with his first goal of the season off of a cross from Ryan Kurth (Pleasant Prairie, Wis /Shoreland Lutheran) and the score remained tied at the end of regulation.In the 95th minute of overtime,
- Henry Simon took a diving header off of a free kick by Evan Rogaczewski to send the Eagles to a 2-1 victory in overtime.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- WLC outshot Edgewood 26-7 including a 13-2 margin in shots on goal. The Eagles had the only recorded shot in the overtime period.
- Wisconsin Lutheran had 10 corner kicks in the match, including two in overtime but could not convert on the opportunities.
- Kurth, Nick Zupinski (Kenosha, Wis./Shoreland Lutheran), and Austin Drake (East Troy, Wis./East Troy) lead the Warriors with five shots, while three Eagles tied with two shots each to lead Edgewood.
- The Warriors did not record a save in the match, while Matt Dammen stopped 12 shots for the Eagles.
