Women's Tennis Falls To Arcadia In South Carolina

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WLCSports.com) – The Wisconsin Lutheran College women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to the Arcadia Knights Tuesday night in their second contest of the PTR Spring TennisFest.

• Records: Wisconsin Lutheran (7-8), Arcadia (5-6)

• Arcadia started the match by sweeping doubles play. Reebee Ratkowski (Waterford, Wis.) and Katarina Volkmann (Slinger, Wis.) fell 8-6 at the No. 2 doubles position, while Natalee Douangvilay (Milwaukee, Wis.) and Amanda Las (Bangor, Wis.) also fell 8-6 at the No. 3 doubles slot.
• The Knights swept singles play, with Volkmann falling 6-3, 7-5 at the No. 5 singles position.

• The Warriors continue play at the PTR Spring TennisFest tomorrow when they take on Marietta (2-3) at 12:30 p.m. CST.
