Box Score PLYMOUTH, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Junior Amanda Brug (Sturtevant, Wis.) scored 13 points to pace four players in double figures and sophomore Jenna Mace (Wisconsin Dells, Wis.) added a double-double, as the Wisconsin Lutheran College women's basketball team improved to 5-0 on the road following a 69-49 win over Lakeland on Wednesday night inside Woltzen Gymnasium. The Warriors never trailed en route to their third straight win over the Muskies.

- The Warriors jumped out to a quick 6-0 lead before the Muskies reached the scoring column after two jumpers from Brug and a layup from Mace. Following another jumper from sophomore Morgan Tramburg (Fall River, Wis.) that pushed the lead to 10-2, two three-pointers from sophomore Ally Gough (Horicon, Wis.) and another from Mace gave WLC its largest lead of the quarter at 19-4 with 1:51 left. Wisconsin Lutheran held a 21-8 lead after the first quarter.
- The Green and White needed 3:41 to score their first points of the second quarter on a jumper from Morgan Tramburg. Lakeland came within 12 points at 27-15 with 3:11 remaining in the quarter before senior Tierney Woodward (Poynette, Wis.) knocked down consecutive three-pointers. Sophomore Kalies Birkholz (Watertown, Wis.) drilled the Warriors' sixth three of the half with 0:44 seconds left as WLC carried a 36-18 lead into the locker room thanks to 50 percent shooting in the period.
- LU netted the first five points of the third quarter to cut its deficit to 13 points and shortly after used a 7-0 run to close within nine points at 40-31 with 2:53 left in the quarter. WLC closed out the quarter with a 12-4 run to extend its lead back to 17 points at 52-35 after three. Back-to-back threes from Gough and senior Kelly Tramburg (Fall River, Wis.) helped Wisconsin Lutheran hold its double-digit advantage.
- A 6-2 spurt by the Warriors to open the fourth quarter gave the hosts their largest lead of the game of 21 points with 5:57 on the clock. The Muskies came no closer than 16 points over the final 3:14 as WLC pushed its lead back to a game-high 21 points after two free throws from Brug at the 1:32 mark.
- Brug led four players in double figures with 13 points. Playing in her first game since January 8, Kelly Tramburg netted 12 points, while Mace recorded her first career double-double of 11 points and 12 rebounds. Morgan Tramburg added 10 points off the bench on a perfect 4-for-4 shooting.
- Woodward and Gough added nine points each on a trio of threes, with Gough contributing five assists.
- WLC shot 45.6 percent (26-for-57) from the floor for the game and made 10 threes for the third straight game.
- Wisconsin Lutheran doubled-up Lakeland on the glass, 46-23, and out-scored the hosts 17-2 in second-chance points. The Green and White also controlled the paint by a 17-2 scoring margin.
- The Warriors held an opponent under 50 points for the fifth time in their last six games.
- Janai' Farr scored 13 points off the bench to pace three Muskies in double figures. Lakeland shot just 32.6 percent (15-for-46) from the floor for the game.
