(WLCSports.com) – Junior Emily Sarles (Lombard, Ill.) surpassed 1,000 career assists and the Wisconsin Lutheran College women's volleyball team hit a season-high .282 in a 3-0 sweep over Rockford on Friday night inside the Seaver Center. Junior Jenna Charron (Appleton, Wis.) also posted her fourth double-double of the season with 11 kills and 17 digs.

The Warriors turned a 9-7 deficit into a 14-9 lead with a seven-point swing in the first set behind four kills from senior
Carly Heuer (Germantown, Wis.). WLC increased its lead to a set-high nine points when it came to an end at 25-16.
- Trailing 6-4 in the second set, Wisconsin Lutheran rattled off 12 straight points for a commanding 16-6 lead. Charron closed the run with three straight service aces and the visitors came away with a 25-11 win.
- The Warriors found themselves down 8-6 in the third set, but once again scored seven points in a row to take charge. The Regents closed to within 17-15, but that was as close as the hosts would get as WLC won the set 25-20 to secure its fifth sweep of the season.
- Heuer (12) and Charron (11) both reached double-digit kills for Wisconsin Lutheran, which hit a season-high .282.
- Sarles distributed 39 of the team's 45 assists to surpass 1,000 for her career.
- Charron led the team with 17 digs and four service aces. Junior Ally Goba (Mukwonago, Wis.) registered 14 digs and freshman Amahra Matthai (Plover, Wis.) recorded four of the Warriors' 12 block assists.
