Box Score ROCKFORD, Ill. (WLCSports.com) – Senior Justin Parbs (Brookfield, Wis.) totaled 280 yards of offense (184 rushing, 96 receiving) and four touchdowns to lead the Wisconsin Lutheran College football team to a 49-41 win over Rockford on Saturday afternoon at Sam Greeley Field. The win was WLC's first of the season and its 14th straight over the Regents.

- Both teams battled defensively to begin the game, but the Warriors struck first with a 20-yard touchdown run by junior Jalen Harris (Chicago, Ill.) at the end of the first quarter.
- Rockford responded with its own touchdown run to begin the second quarter, but WLC struck right back with a 47-yard touchdown run by Parbs at the 12:27 mark of the second quarter.
- More back-and-forth action ensued as the Regents tied the score at 14-14 with a touchdown throw and two-point conversion.
- Late in the second quarter, Wisconsin Lutheran scored again on a seven-yard touchdown throw from senior Nick Yockey (Gig Harbor, Wash.) Parbs.
- With just 0:13 seconds remaining before halftime, RU scored on a touchdown pass to tie the game at 21-21 at halftime.
- The Warriors took control of the game in the second half, scoring two touchdowns in the third quarter. Harris scored on a four-yard run and Yockey connected on a 41-yard touchdown pass to sophomore Mike DuPree (Milwaukee, Wis.) for a 35-21 advantage.
- Late in the third quarter, the Regents found the endzone on a rushing touchdown, making the score 35-27 heading into the fourth quarter.
- WLC started the fourth quarter strong, with Parbs finding the endzone on runs of 11 and 19 yards to put the guests ahead 49-27.
- The Regents responded with two touchdowns of their own, bringing the score to 49-41, but WLC's offense ran out the clock to win the game.
- Parbs paved the way on the ground, carrying the ball 26 times for a career-high 184 yards and three scores. He also caught six passes for 96 yards and a score. Yockey completed 16-of-30 passing attempts for 253 yards and two TDs.
- Freshman Arnulfo Ortega (Laredo, Texas) was a perfect 7-for-7 on extra-point tries.
- Senior Ty Castillo (Palmetto, Fla.) posted a game-high 12 tackles with a blocked PAT, and sophomore Gabe Morgan (Houston, Texas) had eight tackles, including two for loss.
