Box Score WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – Senior Jason Cano (Delavan, Wis.) scored his conference-leading 11th goal of the season, but it wasn't quite enough as visiting Lakeland handed host Wisconsin Lutheran College a 3-1 defeat Wednesday on Alumni Night at Warriors Soccer Field.

- The Muskies netted the first goal of the game in the 18th minute, the first of three on the night for LU's Michecadet Gethand.
- Lakeland added another in the 28th minute and went into halftime ahead 2-0. The Warriors and Muskies had eight shots apiece in the opening half, but WLC was held without a shot on goal.
- Wisconsin Lutheran put its first shot on frame in the 48th minute, the first of four in the second half.
- The Muskies took a 3-0 lead in the 53rd minute, before the Warriors got on the board in the 57th minute. Cano converted a penalty kick into his 11th goal of the season to cut the deficit to two.
- WLC tallied seven shots the remainder of the match, but just one on frame as the Muskies came away with the 3-1 win.
- Cano registered nine of Wisconsin Lutheran's 19 shots for the match, as the hosts out-shot Lakeland by seven. The Warriors also recorded 10 corner kicks, compared to just one for the Muskies.
- Freshman Bryce Beckley (Waterford, Wis.) made three saves in 90:00 minutes.
