(WLCSports.com) – Sophomore Kaitlyn Shadoski (Janesville, Wis.) scored 15 points to lead four players in double figures, as the Wisconsin Lutheran College women's basketball team cruised to an 85-60 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference win over Edgewood on Saturday afternoon inside the Todd Wehr Edgedome. The Warriors shot a season-high 57.4 percent from the floor, including 53.3 percent from beyond the arc.

- The Warriors erased an early 8-5 deficit by going on a 14-2 first-quarter run to take a 19-10 lead at the 3:46 mark. Freshmen Mack Hogenson (Neenah, Wis.) and Madi Manson (Arvada, Colo.) scored six points apiece in the opening quarter as WLC built a 28-14 lead. Seven different players reached the scoring column for Wisconsin Lutheran, which made 12 of its 16 shot attempts for 75 percent in the first period.
- The Eagles cut their deficit to 10 points at 32-22 with 6:44 left in the second quarter, but a 7-0 scoring run capped by a jumper from Shadoski upped the Green and White's lead to 17 points near the halfway point. The Warriors increased their lead to a first-half high 20 points after Hogenson hit one of her four first-half threes and the visitors went into halftime with a 49-33 lead.
- Edgewood slowly chipped away at WLC's lead in the third quarter, using a 15-6 run to close to within nine points at the 3:14 mark of the quarter. Wisconsin Lutheran answered, however, with nine straight points to extend its lead back up to 18 points. Sophomore Sam Leisemann (Fall River, Wis.) netted seven points in the period as the Green and White led 66-50 after three.
- The Warriors matched their 20-point lead from late in the second quarter on a layup from senior Ally Gough (Horicon, Wis.) with 6:34 left in the game. WLC's lead hovered above 20 points for the final 3:58 and reached a game-high 25 points on a three from senior Maria Murray (Middleton, Wis.) with just over a minute left.
- Shadoski led four players in double figures with 15 points. Hogenson and Manson finished with season highs of 12 and 10 points off the bench. Senior Jenna Mace (Wisconsin Dells, Wis.) also added 10 points.
- Sophomore Meggie Scott (Yorkville, Ill.) dished out a career-high seven assists, while Gough matched a career-best with six.
- Wisconsin Lutheran shot a season-best 57.4 percent from the floor and 53.3 percent from three-point range.
- The Green and White out-scored the Eagles 50-34 in the paint and 42-16 in bench points.
