Box Score MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) – Senior Jenna Mace (Wisconsin Dells, Wis.) scored a season-high 21 points to lead the Wisconsin Lutheran College women's basketball team past Benedictine, 63-60, on Tuesday in a back-and-forth NACC battle inside the Recreation Complex. The Warriors extended their winning streak to 10 games dating back to last season with the win.

- The first quarter featured seven lead changes as neither team held more than a two-point lead for the first nine minutes of the game. Trailing 9-8, the Warriors scored the final six points of the opening period to take a 14-9 lead into the second quarter. Mace posted eight points in the first 10 minutes to lead WLC.
- Wisconsin Lutheran extended its lead to eight points at 19-11 nearly a minute into the second quarter following a three-point play from sophomore Kaitlyn Shadoski (Janesville, Wis.). A 9-2 run by the Eagles brought them to within a point at 21-20, but the Green and White never relinquished the lead in the quarter as they held a 29-27 halftime lead.
- The Warriors built a game-high nine-point lead at the 6:27 mark of the third quarter after Shadoski sank the team's only three of the game to push the score to 38-29. BenU answered with its biggest run of the game, 15-2, to take a 44-40 lead late in the period. Senior Maria Murray (Middleton, Wis.) scored the final bucket of the quarter to bring WLC within two points heading into the fourth.
- Wisconsin Lutheran erased a 50-48 fourth-quarter deficit with a 9-0 scoring run to take a 57-50 lead with 3:10 left on the clock. Benedictine responded with seven straight points to knot the score at 57-57 with 1:27 left. Mace gave the Green and White the lead for good with a layup with 0:49 seconds to play, and free throws from Shadoski and Mace, capped by a steal from senior Abby Vavra (Mukwonago, Wis.) on the final possession of the game sealed the win.
- Mace led all scorers with 21 points, while Shadoski was the only other Warriors player in double figures with 14.
- Sophomore Sam Leisemann (Fall River, Wis.) collected a team-high 10 rebounds and Mace and senior Kalies Birkholz (Watertown, Wis.) had four assists each.
- WLC, which shot 41.9 percent (26-for-62) from the floor and just 1-for-12 from three-point range, out-scored the Eagles 42-20 in the paint.
