MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) – The Wisconsin Lutheran College women's basketball team returned to the hardwood for the first time since December 11 and held an opponent under 40 points for the second straight game, as the Warriors grinded out a 53-37 win over Rockford on Saturday afternoon inside the Time of Grace Center.

  • Records: Wisconsin Lutheran (9-0, 5-0 NACC), Rockford (6-5, 2-3 NACC)

  • Wisconsin Lutheran started the second quarter with a 13-1 scoring run to open up a game-high 20-point lead at the five-minute mark. Rockford cut its deficit to 12 points at halftime after holding the Green and White to two made field goals the rest of the quarter.
