Box Score PLYMOUTH, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – Senior Jenna Mace (Wisconsin Dells, Wis.) scored a season-high 23 points to lead the 14th-ranked Wisconsin Lutheran College women's basketball team to a wire-to-wire 70-49 NACC road win over Lakeland on Tuesday night inside Woltzen Gymnasium.

- Mace scored the Warriors' first nine points of the game as the visitors jumped out to a 9-1 lead over the Muskies. LU cut its deficit down to just two points at 13-11 with 2:37 left in the opening quarter, but WLC netted the final 10 points of the period, including eight straight points from senior Ally Gough (Horicon, Wis.) for a 23-11 lead.
- Wisconsin Lutheran started the second quarter on a 12-2 scoring run to build a 22-point lead with three-and-a-half minutes gone by. The Green and White maintained that same margin at the half, 43-21, after shooting 53.8 percent in the second quarter.
- The Warriors' lead never dipped below 18 points in the third quarter, as they extended it to a game-high 28 points late in the period following a layup from sophomore Kaitlyn Shadoski (Janesville, Wis.). WLC coasted into the final frame with a 59-37 lead.
- Wisconsin Lutheran had a 25-point fourth-quarter advantage after a pair of Mace free throws with just over six minutes remaining in the game. Lakeland chipped its deficit down to 18 points, but a late three from freshman Ainsley Howard (Jefferson, Wis.) iced the win for the Green and White.
- Mace finished with a season-high 23 points to lead all scorers on 8-for-14 shooting. Gough landed in double figures for the second straight game with 10 points.
- Sophomore Sam Leisemann (Fall River, Wis.) pulled down a game-high 11 rebounds, while sophomore Meggie Scott (Yorkville, Ill.) dished out a team-high five assists.
- The Warriors overcame 35.8 percent shooting by posting their second-best three-point performance of the year at 41.2 percent (7-for-17).
- WLC held an opponent below 50 points for the 10th time this season.
