Lexi Martin (Westfield, Ind.) became Wisconsin Lutheran College's career hits leader on Sunday, as the Warriors split a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference season finale doubleheader with St. Norbert, winning 5-2 and losing 7-4Â at Neumann Family Field.
WLC (14-26, 7-17 NACC) went in front of the Green Knights 1-0 following a first-inning sacrifice fly from junior

A RBI double from Corley and a sacrifice fly from sophomore
Makayla Huff (Galesburg, Ill.) gave Wisconsin Lutheran a 3-0 lead in the third.
SNC (14-25-1, 8-15-1 NACC) plated its first run in the fourth inning on a RBI double, but the Warriors got the run back and added an additional tally in the bottom of the inning on a RBI single from sophomore

St. Norbert scored its final run in the sixth inning on a RBI single. WLC threatened in the sixth, but stranded the bases loaded for the second time in the game.Â

Callie Terrill (Minooka, Ill.) pitched a complete game with nine strikeouts for her sixth win of the season.
The Green Knights tallied single runs in the first and second and two more in the third to open up a 4-0 lead in game two.Â
Martin's milestone hit came with two outs in the third inning when her single to left scored sophomore
Jackey Farias (San Diego, Calif.) for a program record 166th hit of her career. Wisconsin Lutheran cut the deficit in half in the fourth when Farias' single scored sophomore

St. Norbert's final run came via a RBI single in the sixth. The Warriors threatened in the bottom half, but left two runners stranded on base.
Huff finished 3-for-4 with a RBI for WLC, while Corley collected two hits and scored a run.Â
Wisconsin Lutheran finishes its 2023 season with a 14-26 overall record and a 7-17 mark in the NACC.
