BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College concluded its 2024 season on Saturday at the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational, falling to Centre and Illinois Wesleyan by identical 3-0 scores at Shirk Center.
The Warriors dropped their opening match to the Colonels, who are receiving votes in the latest AVCA Top 25 Poll, by scores of 25-15, 25-12, 25-19. Junior
Lydia Biggin (Burlington, Wis.) recorded a match-high 11 kills for WLC, which hit .063 with 27 kills. Senior
Karah Valerio (Pewaukee, Wis.) distributed a team-high 16 assists. Senior
Kylee Gnabasik (Jefferson, Wis.) finished with eight digs, while senior
Amahra Matthai (Plover, Wis.) tallied four block assists.
Emily Gardner tallied 24 assists and June Padilla posted 15 digs and four service aces for CC (21-5), which hit .239 with 33 kills.

The Warriors wrap up their 2024 season 10-17 overall and 5-8 in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.
