CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College was clipped by Judson 7-0 in a non-conference dual on Saturday at Crystal Lake Tennis Club.
The Warriors (1-5) dropped a pair of 6-3 decisions at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles to the Eagles (2-0). No. 1 doubles went unfinished as the team that wins two of the three doubles matches receives one point in the NAIA rule followed format.
JU also collected straight set victories in singles play. WLC sophomore
TaDarion Perkins (Milwaukee, Wis.) picked up the most games at No. 6 singles, but fell 6-0, 6-3.
Wisconsin Lutheran hosts Calvin (8-1) on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in its home-opening match at Pleasant Valley Tennis and Fitness Club in Jackson.
