MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) - Senior
Sam Leisemann (Fall River, Wis.) scored a career-high 26 points and pulled down a season-high 15 rebounds to lead Wisconsin Lutheran College to a 58-50 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference win over Concordia Wisconsin on Saturday at the Time of Grace Center.
The Warriors (16-4, 11-1 NACC), who won their 11th consecutive game, never trailed against the Falcons (10-11, 7-5 NACC) en route to earning their third single-digit victory of the season.
WLC broke away from a 4-4 tie, the second in the first three minutes, with a 10-0 scoring run. Junior
Lexy Smit (Brandon, Wis.), who had five points in the first quarter, capped the run with a three-pointer. The score remained as is for the final two-and-a-half minutes of the opening period. Wisconsin Lutheran limited CUW to just 1-for-10 shooting in the quarter.

Mack Hogenson (Neenah, Wis.). WLC built an 11-point lead, its largest of the first half, on a layup from junior
Kara Troxel (Bonduel, Wis.) for a 21-10 lead at the 4:07 mark. Concordia Wisconsin, which shot 70 percent in the second period, netted the next seven points to come within four, but Wisconsin Lutheran held a five-point advantage at halftime, 26-21.
The two teams opened the third quarter trading points for the first five minutes of play. The Warriors' lead reached double-digits for the only time in the quarter at 38-28 following a Leisemann layup with 2:54 left. The Falcons came no closer than seven, as WLC went into the fourth quarter in front 41-32.
Leisemann, who tallied 13 of her team's 17 fourth-quarter points, put WLC in front by a game-high 12 points on a layup with five-and-a-half minutes remaining. CUW came within seven on three occasions over the next four minutes, but Leisemann pushed Wisconsin Lutheran's lead back up to 10 points twice within the final minute of play on a three-point play and a pair of free throws.
Leisemann, who shot 11-for-16 from the floor, poured in a career-high 26 points and grabbed a season-high 15 rebounds for her 10th double-double of the season. Freshman

Meggie Scott (Yorkville, Ill.) tallied five assists and three steals, both game highs. The Warriors were held to 35.7 percent (25-for-70) shooting, but committed just nine turnovers.
Aubrey DeBauch scored a team-high 12 points for Concordia Wisconsin, which was limited to 34.7 percent (17-for-49) shooting.
