GREEN BAY, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College recorded its fourth consecutive runner-up finish at the 2025 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championships on Saturday at Shorewood Cross Country Course, hosted by St. Norbert.
The Warriors tallied 61 points with an average team time of 26:58.9 over the 8K course, finishing behind MSOE, which claimed its fifth straight team title with 32 points. Concordia Wisconsin's Isaiah Lubner won the individual championship with a time of 25:35.9.
Graduate
Isaiah Herried (Necedah, Wis.) led WLC with a fourth-place finish in 26:06.5, while junior
Arnold Rupnow (Watertown, Wis.) followed close behind in fifth at 26:15.5. Both Herried and Rupnow earned All-NACC honors for their top-15 finishes.
Junior
Silas Ebeling (Wauwatosa, Wis.) was 20th in 27:18.4, senior
Josh Staggs (Oostburg, Wis.) placed 21st in 27:24.9, and freshman
Caleb Schreiber (Mukwonago, Wis.) rounded out Wisconsin Lutheran's top five in 26th at 27:48.8.
The Warriors will compete next on Saturday, November 15 at the NCAA Division III North Regional Championships at Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax. The men's 8K race starts at 11 a.m.
