MIDDLETON, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College closed out its 2025-2026 season with a third-place finish at the Edgewood Spring Quadrangular on Friday at Bishops Bay Country Club.
The Warriors posted a team score of 303 (+15) in the four-team event, finishing behind team champion UW-Stout (291, +3) and runner-up MSOE (297, +9). Edgewood placed fourth at 312 (+24).
Individually, WLC was led by senior
Riley Tanzi (West Bend, Wis.), who carded a 2-over-par 74 to finish tied for eighth. Junior
Alex Buckoski (Kaukauna, Wis.) followed with a 75 (+3), tying for 13th, while sophomore
Brayden Bode (Oak Creek, Wis.) and freshman
Braden Naumann (Hartland, Wis.) each recorded rounds of 77 (+5) to tie for 15th. Rounding out Wisconsin Lutheran's top five, sophomore
Isaiah Schaser (Newburg, Wis.)Â shot a 79 (+7) to finish tied for 21st. Senior
Luke Capstran (Oak Creek, Wis.) was the Warriors' top individual, finishing tied for 17th with a 78 (+6).
MSOE's Dylan Handlan earned individual medalist honors with a 2-under-par 70, one of three rounds under par in the field.
Friday's event marked the final competition of the season for WLC, which concluded the year with a strong showing against a competitive field.
