Evan Barbian is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College baseball program.

Barbian, who graduated from Ripon College in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in communication, was a four-year letterwinner on the Red Hawks' baseball team. A three-time Midwest Conference All-Academic selection, Barbian batted .255 and recorded a .974 fielding percentage in 38 career games. Ripon was a Midwest Conference Tournament representative twice during Barbian's tenure with the team.

The West Allis native was a Second Team All-Woodland West and WBCA All-State Academic selection his senior year at Central High School.

Barbian is development and communications associate at The Cathedral Center in Milwaukee.
