Laurence Treadaway is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College football team. He serves as special teams coordinator and coaches the secondary.Â
Treadaway arrived at Wisconsin Lutheran following four seasons (2017-2020) as an assistant coach at Michigan Tech University, where he coached the Huskies' secondary and defensive backs and earned a master's degree in sports administration.Â
Treadaway graduated with a bachelor's degree in sports management in 2012 from Valparaiso University where he played defensive back for the Crusaders from 2007-2012. He served as team captain and was named team MVP during his senior season. Treadaway interned as a strength and conditioning coach at Valparaiso where he worked with the football, basketball, golf, and volleyball teams.
He also spent five years coaching football, basketball, and track & field at Hollywood High School in Los Angeles, California. While at Hollywood, he was the assistant varsity football coach working with receivers and defensive backs along with being the head coach for junior varsity boys basketball and the head coach for the girls varsity track & field team.
Treadaway is from Detroit, Michigan and graduated from Orchard Lake St. Mary's High School. He currently resides in Milwaukee.
