Maal Napoleon is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College football program. He coaches the Warriors' cornerbacks.
Napoleon joined the WLC football coaching staff following a three-year coaching stint at Pius XI High School. He first served as defensive coordinator and then as interim head coach for the 2021 season. Napoleon previously served for five seasons as head coach of Wisconsin Hitmen Football, posting a 62-8 overall record and winning four conference championships.
A four-year letterwinner for head coach Jeff Gabrielsen at Concordia University Wisconsin, Napoleon and the Falcons won two Illini-Badger Football Conference titles. He graduated from CUW in 2006 with a bachelors degree in secondary education.
Napoleon lives in Menomonee Falls with his wife, Rachel, and children, Kaleb and Kendall. He is the global manager of virtual learning at ManpowerGroup.
