During his tenure with PBA, Sizemore helped lead the 'Fish to an appearance in the Sunshine State Conference tournament each of his five seasons. He had a hand in developing PBA's heckling defense which has been top four in steals in the conference each season since his hiring. A 2020 Under Armour 30-under-30 award winner by the NABC, Sizemore helped lead the Sailfish to their best season in the Division II era in the 2019-2020 season. PBA's 21-9 record was its first 20-win season in the D2-era and its 11 conference wins were the most since joining the Sunshine State Conference. A nine-game winning streak highlighted the season, which included thrilling wins over Barry, No. 10/12 Nova Southeastern, and Rollins.

Sizemore also served as Camp Director for head coach Cole Rose’s summer basketball camps. Prior to this role, he had spent four summers working the basketball camps at Palm Beach Atlantic.

Sizemore graduated with his Master's in leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic. Prior to that, he graduated cum laude from Ohio State University in the spring of 2017. During his time at Ohio State, Sizemore worked with the women’s basketball team, which advanced to the Sweet 16 each of his final two seasons. He was also an event management intern at OSU as well as with the Columbus Blue Jackets and has served as a locker room assistant with the Green Bay Packers. He graduated from Green Bay NEW Lutheran High School in 2013 where the Blazers finished as the WIAA Division 5 State runner-up his senior season.
