Alex Grow is in his first season as goalkeepers coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's soccer program.

Grow is currently an assistant coach at Marquette University High School in Milwaukee. He previously served as an assistant coach for Peoria City of USL League Two during the summer of 2026. Peoria City captured the Great Plains Division championship and advanced to the national quarterfinals. Grow previously served as a goalkeeper coach for FC United from 2021-2023.

A native of Brookfield, Grow graduated from Bradley University in December 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He played for five seasons at Loyola Chicago, where he was coached by current WLC head coach Steve Bode, and Bradley,

Grow is a 2020 graduate of Marquette University High School, where he played two seasons as a goalkeeper under head coach Steve Lawrence. He helped the Hilltoppers capture the 2018 WIAA Division 1 State Championship and was named to the Wisconsin All-State First XI in 2019. He also participated in the 2019 High School All-American Game.
